3. TikTok Integration & Data
Our Platform integrates with TikTok's Content Posting API for the purpose of distributing approved satirical content. In connection with this integration:
TikTok OAuth Data
When an administrator authorizes our TikTok integration, we receive and securely store an OAuth access token, refresh token, and the administrator's TikTok open ID. This data is used solely to post approved content to our official TikTok account.
Scope of Access
We request only the minimum TikTok permissions necessary: user.info.basic (to verify the connected account), video.publish (to publish content), and video.upload (to upload media files). We do not access your TikTok followers, messages, or personal videos.
Content Posting
Only content that has been editorially reviewed and approved by our team is posted to TikTok. We do not automatically post user submissions without review.
Token Storage
TikTok OAuth tokens are stored securely in our database and are accessible only to authorized administrators. Tokens are automatically refreshed when they expire and can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the TikTok integration.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of TikTok-related data at any time by contacting us. We will revoke the access token and remove all stored TikTok credentials within 30 days of your request.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
• To operate and maintain the Platform, including user authentication and content management.
• To moderate and curate user-generated content in accordance with our Community Standards.
• To distribute approved content via social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
